Family Camp:
Friday, June 7th and Saturday, June 8th
Open to all ranks and ages
Cost $20

Youth Camp:
Friday, June 7th – Saturday, June 15th
Open to ages 12-20, all ranks
Cost $115 (includes mid-week outing)

Brown/Black Belt Camp:
Friday, June 14th – Saturday, June 15th
Open to brown and black belts of all ages
Cost $20

FRIDAY (Youth and Family Camp)
5:00-6:00 – Campers arrive and settle in
6:00-6:45 – Supper
7:00-8:30 – Training session
9:30 – In bunks, settling down
10:00 – Lights out

SATURDAY (Youth and Family Camp)
6:30-7:15 – Breakfast
Three or four class options will be offered during each of the morning sessions 7:30-8:30 – Session 1
8:45-9:45 – Session 2
10:00-11:00 – Session 3
11:15-12:15 – Session 4
12:30 – lunch
Family Camp will be over BUT everyone is welcome to stay to enjoy the camp, play basketball, swing, swim, practice in the dojo, walk the trails, etc.
6:00-6:45 – Supper
Free time
9:30 – In bunks, settling down
10:00 – Lights out

SUNDAY (Youth camp)
Morning worship
Lunch
Free time – games, recreation, crafts, etc.
Dinner
Movie or world conquest
Lights out

MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY
6:00 – Wake up
6:10-6:40 – Run
6:45-7:15 – Personal Spiritual Training
7:20-8:00 – Breakfast
8:15-9:45 – Training (with spiritual application)
10:00-12:00 – Work project
12:00-1:15 – Lunch (this includes kitchen and dinning room clean up time)
1:15-3:30 – Free time – swim, fish, basketball, rest, training, trails, etc.
3:30-5:00 – Spiritual training time
5:00-5:45 – Supper
6:00-7:30 – Evening training (with spiritual application)
7:30-9:30 – Fun time (movies, weird talent night, real talent night, 3 on 3 basketball,  demo night, etc.)
9:30 – In bunk rooms settling in
10:00 – Lights out and quiet

WEDNESDAY
5:30 – Wake up
5:40-6:20 – Breakfast
6:30-?? – Warrior course
??-11:15 – Work project
11:20-11:50 – PST
12:00 – Lunch
Leave for Tulsa to see a movie
Cici’s pizza for dinner
Return to camp
Spiritual Training
9:30 – in bunk rooms
10:00 – lights out and quiet

If anyone would like to run the Warrior Course, please let us know and it can start as early as 6:00 before the day starts to heat up.

Packing and Additional Information

Suggested packing list:

  • WATER BOTTLE!!!!
  • gi, belt, sparring gear.  If you have a light weight gi, bring it.
  • weapons and breaking materials
  • Bible, notebook, training manual, pen/pencil
  • toiletries (shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, tooth brush, deodorant, sunscreen, bug repellant, soap, wash cloth and towel, and deodorant)
  • bedding: sleeping bag or sheets, and pillow
  • sleeping clothes
  • working clothes, shoes, and gloves
  • modest swimming attire (girls, please wear a t-shirt over your swim suit)
  • (optional) healthy snacks
  • Card games and board games!!
  • If you are planning to run the Warrior Course, please wear clothes that can get ruined and running shoes that can get wet and muddy.
  • Sandals cannot be worn during work times or for walking between bunkhouse and dojo because of snakes.  You can wear them going to and from the lake.

Prohibited items:

  • Junk food, gum
  • Any kind of electronics that will distance you from people like laptops, tablets, cell phones, etc.  Cell phones on airplane mode for use as cameras are permissible, but no gaming, texting (good luck with that out here anyway), music, etc.
  • Fireworks
  • Bad attitudes

NOTE ABOUT WARRIOR COURSE:
Awards will be given to each person who completes the course and special awards will be given to the top girl and top boy who compete during the youth camp.

BREAKING:
If you want to be a part of the breaking classes, please bring wood or other items to break.  

WEAPONS:
Be sure and bring all kobudo weapons that you wish to train in. 

SWIMMING:
Remember, there will be NO swimming without a life jacket.  There will be no exceptions.  Children under 12 must be attended by a parent/guardian.
